That is not to say that everything in real estate is perfect -- when Oakpointe, the builder of our new home, made mistakes, Tammy usually caught them before my wife and I and negotiated that upgrades (e.g. landscaping, garage door opener) be provided at the builder's cost to account for the error. I have reversed my belief that no one in real estate operates with integrity because of Tammy's professionalism and I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling a home.

My wife and I were completely blown away by Tammy. We started looking for a home in the early summer before doing much research and our requirements were almost non-existent. Tammy took the time to drive us all over the county and talk to us about the pros and cons of each area. She has extensive knowledge of the different neighborhoods and was so patient as we took our time narrowing our search. She was so kind and a genuine delight to work with.
